I can't get my head out of this stuff.  I used to read it alot in High School...now I've revisited it with disasterous results.  I find his old way of writing aggravating and beautiful at the same time...the creatures and gods in particular are described in such a way that we artists can seldom arrive at the same conclusion to depict them.  I'd like to have a forum or contest or something wherein we could tackle some of the more obscure beings in those works.  There's already such a general idea of Cthulhu's aspect, and I am more impressed by images that deviate from the norm(?).  I've never been and probably won't ever be interested in the card games and what-not the Mythos has spawned, so I'm unfamiliar with images that may lie there.  Let's collaborate on the Mi-Go, the Old Ones, Yog-Shothoth, and all the homeboys we commune with!  I want to see forever! I'a! I'a!
